Our main activity is supporting your company in obtaining Nadcap accreditation. Around it sit the inspection, laboratory and personnel qualification services that accreditation requires. These are company services, not features of an application.

Nadcap accreditation
We review the current state, close the gaps against the Nadcap requirements for the disciplines in scope, and take part in the audit alongside your team.
NDT inspection
Magnetic particle (MT) and penetrant (PT) inspection performed by qualified Level 2 personnel, with Level 3 services and consultancy in the same methods.
Materials testing and metallography
NDT laboratory as an independent assessment of conformity, safety and quality, together with the material evaluations listed below.
NDT personnel qualification
Training, qualification and certification at Levels 1, 2 and 3, to the requirements of EN 4179 / NAS 410.

Inspection carried out by our own personnel is MT and PT, at Level 2, with Level 3 services in the same two methods. The other methods are part of the scope we support, not a claim that we run every one in-house.
